Rise of The Runelords 1 - Burnt Offerings

Another group of goblins dispatched, you search the bodies. On the Underboss, you find a thick leather belt with sturdy metal buckle shaped in the rough estimate of a bear's paw. The Skullcleaver is wearing a pair of gloves made from supple leather and several bands of red-stained iron.

Investigating the three other rooms yields nothing of interest: The washroom contains several washtubs for bathing and laundry, and nothing else. The kitchen has apparently been torn apart by goblins, and the room is in complete disarray as a result. The pantry is likewise a mess; barrels and sacks of grain and crates of dried fish and venison have been completely demolished, and most of the food is missing. A broken dogslicer lies near the northern corner, discarded by one of the goblins.

There are three doors out of the room. The one you came from, one at the far end of the room and one on the right.

"It is a good day after all." Shathys says happily

Morbus walks to the door at the far end of the room. He listens by the door in hope of getting any information regarding the room on the other side of the door.

You can't hear anything.

There is, but you can't make out anything in the other room.

A great and very impulsive anger strikes down upon Morbus due to the goblins and their 'misbehaviour'. He lifts his metallic foot and forces it against the door trying to kick it open. As he kicks the door, he shouts, "WHERE IS SHE!!!???" in a giant wave of sonic thunder

Jack puts the belt on, the delicate pattern of the buckle seems to fit perfectly with the flowing runic design on Jack's leather.
He throws the gauntlets to Shathys.

Despite the considerable power of Morbus' kick, the door remains shut.

Jack tries the handle.

You open the door easily. The room beyond appears to be some kind of meeting room. Several padded chairs and overturned tables are spread throughout the room, along with more shattered glass. There is another door on the opposite wall. The room is otherwise empty.

Shara seaches the room for anything of interest.

Besides the chairs, tables and broken glass, the room is empty.

Shara walks to the other door and tries to open it.

Shathys speaks up, "Is everyone alright after that last fight?"

"Armor took most of it, I'm fine for now, but I can't take many more of those hits. The goblins seem to like me" Jack grins but his eyes reveal an underlying fatigue.

Shathys dons the blood red gauntlets, the red iron reflecting off his silver eyes. "These will do nicely...Very nicely." he smiles sharply. "Let us find more goblins shall we?"

The door opens up to a hallway with several doors. A black-clad goblin is banging his fist on one of them, shouting something that sounds like a warning. Clearly he's heard you coming.
